Fun Glass Christmas Ornaments with Snowmen using puff paint

I recently purchased some clear glass ornaments from a craft store
and I decided to decorate a few of them with snowmen.. (and some sparkle) :0)

Tools of choice...

A tiny mason jar (you will find out why soon!),
puff paint in white, black, & orange,
as well as a small piece of silver tinsel,
and some silver glitter - not pictured.

What did I use that jar for?

To hold the ornament of course.. :0)

Then I proceeded to paint... using the puff paint...
(I made a collage to share of the tedious painting process... whew,
Ok... it took all of about 2 minutes) :0)

Then I let it dry... (which actually does take a while, I made the mistake of  checking if it had dried
way too early, and one of my snowman ended up a lot less adorable.. :0)

After it has good and dried... :0)
I took the top off, and placed some silver glitter inside one of them, put the top back on and just shook it a little.. the glitter seems to stick to the inside all over and looks really neat.    The second
(less adorable snowman with a finger mushed spot.. ha)  I placed a small piece of silver tinsel inside.

Here is another already hanging out in his spot on the tree...

So have you made any handmade ornaments yet? plan to?
