I thought it would be fun to create some new vinyl decals for the upcoming Easter holiday and see what kind of simple farmhouse decor projects I could come up with.
I started by having my daughter draw me some bunny rabbit silhouettes, I wanted a bunny that is standing and one that is sitting and I think she did an amazing job.
I turned them into decals using my computer and silhouette and I love how they turned out and look forward to using them in our Easter decor projects this year.
The first project I worked on was a simple welcome sign.
and a wood bunny cutout.
Fun and simple with some farmhouse style.
The next thing I worked on was dressing up the galvanized bucket that I had purchased.
I think it makes a fun display piece or really cute and unique Easter basket!
I wanted to dress up some simple jars so I chose to use the standing white bunny decal on them as well.
I really like this look and I think the plain jar would be really cute with some candy inside!
Then I decided several of these together would be adorable and I made 2 more.
So much fun!
I wanted to display the words He is Risen but I wanted it to have a chalkboard look to it.
Using a picture frame I had purchased at dollar tree I took it apart, and cut a piece of cardboard to fit inside the frame and gave it a coat of chalkboard paint.
I could've probably used a matte black spray paint or black cardstock perhaps if I had it handy, but I had the chalkboard paint so I went with that.
Love how all of these turned out and am looking forward to using them in our home for
the Easter holiday!
