I have made this quite a bit.. a recipe I came across years ago and adapted it to
our liking.
It is something my entire family will eat so that is a win in my book!
Picky eater in your family anyone? :0)
As I was making it yesterday I thought I might as well snap a few photo's
and share it with you.
(We all like the photo's that go along with recipe's after all,
I know I do anyway)
So here goes:

Ingredients:
- Pizza Crust Dough (can also use homemade/crescent rolls etc.)
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1-2 cups frozen hash browns
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- Cheese (whatever kind you prefer)
- salt and pepper to taste
- First up, brown your sausage until done, and drain excess oil.
- Next up place your pizza dough in your 9x13 pan. (grease pan if needed)
- Spread sausage over pizza dough.
- Spread frozen hash browns over sausage.
5. Lightly beat eggs with milk and add salt/pepper if desired.
6. Pour egg mixture over hash browns.![](https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjYbTXMLoXA8wiZpcogUlmyG-ickIzwYs0VKn6lFmZr8CqS9ExIgUNYiIEiHwqqq3FPTtFlNgTbgBaRe_yigrMgZ04VrO_bUWF9YSbP9FXMk9jm-Ud6cE5TB9XYm-hR5bFEElsx5vBv-aE/s1600/breakfastpizza3.jpg)
7. Sprinkle cheese on top. ( I used romano this time, normally I would use
cheddar or a mix of cheeses)
8. Bake at 375 degree's in your oven for about 30 minutes or until done.
(should be golden brown)
