I decided it was a good day to bake something.. :0)
So here is what i went with..
Peanut Butter cookies.. (with M & M's!)
These are super simple and very good..
Ingredients:
1 jar of peanut butter (around 16 oz. - i use creamy)
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
M&M's (optional)
Mix all ingredients together except for the M&M's..
roll into a ball, place on ungreased cookie sheet, flatten with a fork..
Add your M&M's..
(some of favorite appliances: my kitchenaid handmixer, and keurig!
Also my big kitchenaid mixer.. but i like the hand one for recipe's like this one.)
Bake at 350 degree's for about 12-15 minutes.
Recipe makes approximately 30 cookies.
