Instead of big bows, lots of flowers and so on.. I went with simple.

I took a regular grapevine wreath, some dark blue/white gingham fabric, a few sunflowers, and a scarecrow plant pick...
![](https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgpN-m6rpdm1kAmhZVktAguMjrxLcVnKA34TKjVC3cVfgQ2hYguT_k8-6aAOcxRwVYQgSGXNudY8th9SlR6tGVcIqrT4RS_8wuX-lc2BNxjmw0Q-bzBiO_yaGXUVm6Gvew9g_hXay78_U4/s400/fallwreathfabric2.jpg)
I cut the fabric into 2 inch wide (give or take) strips. (3 to wrap the wreath & one for the bow)

Then I tied the ends together so it would be long enough to use to wrap the entire wreath.
Then I simply took the fabric strip and wrapped it around. (cutting off the tied ends and tucking them under to hide them)

Next I just tucked in the scarecrow pick and flowers...

Then I tied the last strip of fabric around the top of the wreath and just made a simple bow.

I had everything on hand, so this Oh So Simple wreath cost me nothing...

I had thought about adding more flowers, greenery, some burlap ribbon wrapped around in between the fabric sections, and so on... but I decided that I actually like the simplicity of it like this.
Yep, sometimes simple is good. :0)
