I found a couple rolls of sparking silver tulle ribbon.. so I decided to use
one of them on our Christmas tree this year...
I used part of it to wrap around the tree like a garland, and part for a large poufy bow.
Of course as a blogger.. I thought to myself - hey, I could share that on the blog. :0)
(if you have a blog you totally understand right? ha..)
So here it is..

I used a roll of tulle ribbon (6" size), a piece of craft wire, and plier/wire cutters combo tool.

Then gather up another loop into a figure 8 shape... keeping tight in center with fingers.

Then just repeat this process a few times until you get something like this...

Take your piece of wire and wrap it around the center point of your loops...

Then twist it with your pliers until fairly tight...

Turn it over, and fluff it up by opening up each loop and so on..
Then place it onto your wreath, tree, or wherever..

Adds a beautiful touch to the top of our tree.. and a little sparkle never hurts either. :0)
